How do I log in or create an account?
When you check out for the first time, just click the blue "Continue as Guest" button to complete your order. After your first order, you'll be able to create an account on the Checkout page, which will facilitate placing orders in the future.
Can I ship an order outside the United States?
Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Available shipping options and their rates are automatically calculated for each order based on the total weight and default dimensions of the order, as well as the distance your order will need to be shipped.
Please note that, as our products are printed on demand, fulfillment time is necessary before items are shipped. For apparel, please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment, and for non-apparel, 2-5 business days.
That said, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
How can I track my package?
As soon as it's available by the carrier, we'll send you tracking information via email. Tracking numbers may take 2-3 business days before becoming active.
Please note that tracking links for shipments handled by multiple carriers may not work properly. In those cases, try entering your tracking number here for live tracking information.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send back your unworn/unused item for a full refund of the purchase price (does not include original shipping cost). Just send us an email (email@example.com) with your order number in the subject line, and supply us with some details on the reason for the return.
For apparel, we ask that you refer to the custom sizing charts found on our product pages before placing an order to reduce the likelihood of receiving an unwanted item.
For defective items, please email us photos of the defect, along with your order number in the subject line, and we will produce and ship a replacement item upon review, which may take 24-48 hours to process.
Returns must be postmarked back to us within 7 days upon receipt of delivery in the U.S.
We are not responsible for lost returns, so we encourage you to obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier.
